1. Agreement to Terms

3. No Guarantee of Results

Trin Revenue Lab provides services based on industry best practices and proven systems. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business's market conditions, existing processes, and implementation of recommendations.

Any revenue estimates, ROI projections, or case study figures referenced on our website or in materials are illustrative and based on client averages or industry data. They are not guarantees of what you will achieve.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Monthly retainer fees are due on the first of each month
• Setup and onboarding fees are due prior to project commencement
• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may result in a pause of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive full value from our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to systems required for setup
• Designate a point of contact who can respond to questions within 48 business hours
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensure all phone numbers, email lists, and customer data you provide to us were obtained lawfully and with appropriate consent

6. SMS and Communication Consent

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes client revenue data, business processes, customer lists, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trin Revenue Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• We will provide you with copies of any deliverables completed and paid for
• Access to third-party tools set up under your accounts will be returned to you
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate jurisdiction.

13. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.

14. Changes to These Terms
